General hygiene: please encourage your fur baby to go to the toilet before you check in for your groom appointment. 

Safety: If your bitch is in season you will need to rearrange your appointment as I am unable to groom her during this time. 

Biting: If your fur baby likes to nip, bite or lick excessively please let me know.  

Health awareness: It is really important you let me know if your fur baby has any medical conditions, or has developed any issues since I last saw you. Every event can have an impact on their wellbeing 

Late pick up: Due to closure time varying each day please ensure that you collect your fur baby at the agreed time (usually within 2 ½ hours of being booked in).  Doggy day-care can be pre-arranged but late pick up will incur a charge of £5 for every 15 min late.  

Anal Glands: Anal gland expression is deemed to be "veterinary procedure" by  vets and therefore under the Veterinary Surgeons Act groomers are now prevented from performing these services for you. 

Accidents/Injury: Waggalotts make every effort to keep your pet safe and secure. There is always the possibility an accident could occur. Grooming equipment is very sharp, even though I use extreme caution and care in all situations, possible problems could occur including cuts, nicks, scratches, cutting of nails, etc. In most cases this can happen when a pet is wiggling or moving around. Owners accept that by using my grooming service it is completely at their own risk and in the event of any accident/ injury to their pet or health concern, I am authorised to contact a veterinarian and authorise the vet to treat the pet as necessary.   

Fleas: If I discover your fur baby has fleas a fee of £10 will added to the groom to cover the additional cost of flea treatment and fumigation of the parlour. 

Matted dogs: If matted fur is present, under the 5 freedoms act it is deemed harmful and cruel to break the mats so the dog will be made comfortable and shaved, a fee of £8 will be added to cover the additional cost maintaining the equipment. 

Missed appointments: A fee of ½ the groom will be added to your account if you miss an appointment or have not given 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If the appointment can be filled the fee will be reduced to £5 to cover administration. 

At the moment I except cash, debit card or advanced Paypal and bank transfer payments.
